Gorman Family of Companies...

Overview
The Gorman Wealth Companies are three independently licensed and insured firms that work alongside one another when a client’s needs cross real estate, financial, and estate transition issues. Each company stands on its own, but the shared knowledge, continuity, and experience across the team create a practical advantage for clients.
Gorman & Associates, Inc. (Real Estate Brokerage)
This is the brokerage and investment real estate advisory arm. It provides acquisition, disposition, exchange, and portfolio strategy work with decades of hands on experience in multifamily and income property. This real estate depth supports ETA clients when trusts or estates involve real property, which is common in multigenerational planning.
Murguia Financial Consulting (Accounting and Financial Oversight)
Led by Janette Murguia Gorman, CPA, this firm provides accounting, financial controls, and business operations support. For clients with trusts, estates, or family assets, Murguia Consulting adds financial accuracy, reporting stability, and oversight that complements the work at ETA and the real estate planning at Gorman & Associates.
Gorman Estate & Trustee Advisory
ETA provides non legal estate organization, successor trustee support, and transition guidance. The work is grounded in real successor trustee experience and supported by CPA training and real estate expertise. ETA helps grantors, trustees, and families gain clarity, structure, and confidence during planning or administration.
Why these three companies fit together
Each company handles a different professional lane, which keeps licensing clean and compliant.
Families often need a mix of real estate, accounting, and estate transition support, and these companies coordinate without creating a handoff gap.
The firms collaborate only when needed, so clients are not forced into bundled services.
The structure allows for practical, low cost solutions by pulling in the right expertise at the right time instead of staffing a large in house team.
When legal, tax, or financial advisory services are needed, ETA works with outside attorneys, CPAs, and financial professionals to keep the estate plan aligned and executable.
What this means for clients
One point of contact, multiple areas of expertise
No junior level outsourcing, no volume shop approach
Real estate, accounting, and estate support working in sync
Practical and experience driven guidance from people who have actually managed estates
Clear boundaries & compliance because each firm operates independently but coordinates where appropriate
